Simple, fast, and clean

Screw piles, also known as helical piers, have helical-shaped plates attached to a central shaft. They are screwed into the ground with hydraulic machinery that is quiet and lightweight. No excavating, heavy machinery, or concrete is required.

Installation is quick and often only takes a few hours. Piles can be installed in any weather or soil conditions with minimal disturbance to the soil. Installed piles can immediately support loads, so construction can begin right away.

If needed, piles can be easily removed, relocated, or reused in other projects. Postech can also custom-manufacture screw piles for specific needs.

Guaranteed
for life

Postech Screw Piles are warranted against manufacturing defects, movement caused by freezing or thawing of the ground, and that they can support the structure for which they were installed, for the useful life of the pile.

Certified for quality and durability

Postech Screw Piles are engineered and certified to meet the strictest industry standards and building codes for helical piles.

Thermally insulated against movement

Postech’s screw piles have permanent and durable insulation throughout the entire length of the shaft installed above the frost line. This innovative technology prevents ice or frost from forming at the base of the shaft, providing maximum protection against movement caused by freezing and thawing.
